I know what a Temporary Restraining Order is, but I think a competent lawyer filing a motion with the Supreme Court of the United States of America is going to be able to spell correctly in the title of the motion.
If I were a SCOTUS judge, I'd throw out the motion on sight, just because the lawyer can't spell correctly in the most important motion he'll ever file in his life.
