Also, self notabling is a generally recognized disqualification. So Notables are through the efforts of two annons or bakers discretion. If I notable a post, I'm not terribly attached to it, just my 2 cents.
So, this idiot really means if a posters fellow Anons have notabled his post, the petty tyrant will attempt to over rule anon's choices, keeping good QQ+ info from getting out there because Anons refused to give a fuck about petty tyrants comms nigger clown bread.
