He gives no dates but there is coming at a certain point in time, a Tribulation. The Antichrist (Satan)will rule the world with 10 Kings.
So in a sense, yes a NWO fits what God describes.
God's wrath and judgement will defeat Satan.
In the end God wins.
Jesus returns to rule as King.
