I tried with that guy. He's certainly knowledgeable. His style was well-suited to 1993. He repeats himself. I guess he sets himself up as a gateway/step. Claimed explicitly to be an alien on 2 occasions. But as a step he's mushy. He teaches astrology, the astrology you find in the bible (called astrotheology) and many other pieces of esoteria that were incredibly rare when he first started out talking about them. Also has an agenda imho.
