Frankly, I am not putting too much hope in SCOTUS. Every time there is an important, nation affecting decision to make we all wait around holding our breath hoping beyond hope that these fucking people in black robes do the right thing for the country. It's a flip of the coin every fucking time and I am sick of it. There are only two justices on that court that are reliable originalist. Clarence Thomas and Sam Alito. Kavanaugh is suspect, so is Goersch and Amy Barret is a unknown factor at this point.

I fully expect 7 out of the 9 will punt not only on the Texas case but all others. When this happens the SCOTUS will have rendered the Constitution and the rule of law mute. Nonexistent. They are afraid to hand down justice as the left ie………….ANTIFA/BLM will target them. They would rather let a ongoing coup d'etat go forward no matter the ramifications for the country instead of doing what is right and what the law calls for in rendering a judgement based on black letter law and the Constitution..

When this happens, ALL FUCKING HELL IS GOING TO BREAK LOOSE. President Trump is not going to stand aside and allow the final nail to hammered into the casket the left has America in. Go back and reread Q drops 34 and 36. I think that this is what is getting ready to happen. If they were "prepared to do the unthinkable" back in 2016 then that plan still has to be viable to save the Republic.

No, it goes to the congress. House picks the President and the Senate the vice president. Republicans outnumber democrats in delegations in both chambers. Pelosi only becomes relevant if either chamber can't render a decision.
