Sounds like their argument in Wisconsin is "sure, the law said there should be stringent handling and verification of ballots and recounts….however, that just isn't realistic….so therefore…the count is the count we got by not being stringent because being that stringent is not possible if we want to get the results we got"

wisconsin rebuttal.

well, "how do some clerks follow the law exactly and reach verifiable and certifiable accounts, when other counties and clerks understood the rules but failed to follow them at all saying the rules were too harsh.'

this guy is clear

voting at an election place is a right.

voting by mail, absentee or otherwise, is a privilege and therefore subject to stringent rules and guidelines to guarantee no fraud.

>BREAKING: Wisconsin Judge Upholds State’s Presidential Recount

December 11, 2020 | 10:32 AM

MILWAUKEE — Wisconsin State Reserve Judge Stephen A. Simanek issued a ruling from the bench, affirming the certification of the presidential results from two Wisconsin counties.

The judge said the court could only review the recount process in Dane and Milwaukee counties, that resulted in some 200,000 ballots being challenged by President Trump’s legal team.

Judge Simanek determined that state election officials followed the law during the recount process.

The judge noted it was important to rule on the case quickly and his decision was subject to appeal.
