1, U.S. Supreme Court voted 7:2 to uphold Trump team’s allegation of election fraud in Pennsylvania’s 2020 presidential election;

2, U.S. Supreme Court voted 6:3 in favor of the Plaintiffs, Texas and other states, that Pennsylvania, Michigan, Georgia and Wisconsin unconstitutionally changed their election statutes in their judiciaries or executive branches. The ruling essentially invalidated the presidential election results in the four states.

There are no laws in place, nor has there ever been any national election redo in a United States Presidential election race. Now it is possible that a state can redo an election and has been done so in local, state and congressional races in the past. Only individual states could even propose having a presidential election redo and that would still not include any other states unless they all agreed together. This is a very slim possibility and certainly unchartereed territory, but even this route would be useless if mail-in ballots and comprised voting software were used.
