If good guys can prove civilian justice system is comped there will be less resistance to military tribunals to clean up the mess and serve in the interim until a new justice system is put in place.

A comped SC justice will be the final straw. That's Roberts choice. If he allows the case and it rules 4 states' electors can't be used and have to be redone, then the clean up, under Trump, will go on behind the scenes.
