Certain that Keystone = Supreme Court

Many Q posts with Keystone fall very close to 2/3 yr deltas. Thinking this is 'how evidence is introduced' but confused by the Texas suit because even if SC rules the ballots counted as a result of unlawful legislation (late mail in etc) are not counted…that still doesn't seem to give POTUS enough electoral college votes to win.

 

So there must be some other aspect…maybe related to specific evidence that can be introduced during this litigation. Not clear what that is…the rumor about Dominion boss being subpoenaed to answer questions in SC is most interesting.

Yeah that's what I understand too, but not sure how evidence introduced can change the basis of the initial suit. Perhaps a precedent can be set by presenting evidence in one suit that can then be used elsewhere?
