SC rejects when it is a lower court case that doesn't belong at SC.
And when there is treason. They claim in both cases lack of understanding, and let it handle bt apropiate courts
Good question. It was a solid SC case, so the only answer for rejection could be that it covers a larger treason case.
It is so bad that most SC descided that there was no way the SC could rule on it because of Article 3
