Texas DARED SCOTUS to ignore the Constitution. And they did.
The Constitution is not something SCOTUS has sole discretion to interpret or rule upon. The states are sovereign and the blue checks have absolutely zero idea what is about to happen to them.
If the Constitution is moot within our system then the nation is dead and the states reclaim their sovereignty.
