ya know Anons, I have to agree with SCOTUS.

 

Texas filed suit, but the state of Texas was not harmed by the 4 states' election fraud.

 

The law says plaintiffs have to be victims of harm.

 

The country was harmed, the people were harmed, but Texas wasn't.

 

What Texas did was play the role of the state SHOWING that the military is indeed the only way.

I guess I assumed so before today, but the more I think about it the more I can see that states are pretty much independent from each other. Fraud in one state doesn't stand as victimizing the people of another state, even though going up to federal and then back down to state does harm, if the federal part is harmed.
