That just took the wind out of my sails. Whatever the reasoning they have, doesn’t matter now. There is no legal theory in my own personal life that delivers justice. And I’ve gone through it
The law is not fair or just, it’s written by man who have a vested interest in subverting it. It’s hard for me to accept that even our SC cannot protect the innocent. This is fucked up.
Don’t worry I won’t lose hope but this just makes the lives of all Americans much more difficult from this moment forward. And it’s not going to be pretty.
