They didn't took the case further because of article 3, like they literally stated.
Article 3 states that
Both local cases and higher militairy treason cases are beyond SC jurisdiction
Listened to her. But she doesn't get it fully by having hope on the remaing SC cases.
Those will also not be taken because of article 3 (sc can't rule when treason is in place)
