SC took/bartered the case because it is not a local matter, it is a constitutional matter
Only way they could have rejected further handling it because of article 3 is because there is proven treason.
They took the case. Have seen evidence filings and got meetings with the Trump admin.
If the SC saw clear evidence of treason from that, they can't proceed, because of article 3. Militairy court should take over.
They said it with a 7-2 ruling, and clearly syting it was because of article 3
The Dems SC are in a squeeze, because if they affirm they give Potus the cherry on the cake that would come anyway.
2 voted against the majority, maybe because they wanted Trump to get the cherry anyway.
