SCOTUS denied standing to a fucking State in the constitutionally created tribunal of original jurisdiction. A fucking SCOTUS that was supposed to have at least 5 faithful constitutional originalists.

The Texas case was the strongest example of standing for a plaintiff and SCOTUS shit on it.

I highly doubt any other plaintiffs will have better standing than a State.
