Even the masks have a superficial argument (even if highly debatable)โ€ฆ they don't prevent the wearer from getting the virus, but supposedly they help prevent you from spreading it to others if you have it but don't know it.

>yes notice I did say "highly debatable" above before jumping on this

The vaxx is the opposite. Prevents the vaxxed from catching it.

If I ain't worried about catching it, it's my choice not to take the vaxx.

Those of us of a certain age will remember catching chicken pox. Remember our parents would instantly start getting us to share popsicles, cutlery etc. with our siblings so they would get it too? "It's better that you catch it as a kid," they said.

Now it's just vaxxed away.

Whole benefit of ACB is to negate Roberts's comped-ness.

Personally I thought this would be a shoo-in given the emphasis on constitutionality and the emphasis during ACB's confirmation of her position on the Constitution.

Maybe a plan to distance themselves so that the final decision isn't viewed as politically motivated (remember TRUST SESSIONS despite POTUS's public face).

Maybe it's not going through SCOTUS at all.

Many paths still open.

>move our Mil in key positions

Especially since POTUS has now stated that the distribution is being done through FedEx and UPS.

(actually, he said "through our partnership with FedEx and UPS", which doesn't necessarily exclude Mil.)
