The grounds for SCOTUS passing are particular to the state vs state matter and SCOTUS’ original jurisdiction. Those grounds would not apply in Federal District Courts with different plaintiffs. Other grounds for punting would need to be given - and I’m sure they would be.

The bottom line here is that in a situation of incontrovertible evidence, both direct and indirect, of industrial scale election fraud there is nowhere to turn for legal relief, when courts refuse to act and parties to the fraud are able to block other forms of redress. All the while the media functions as a propaganda ministry for the establishment.

This is as bizarre as it is dangerous. Any country in this situation has already ceased to be a functioning state - its institutions a facade with nothing behind the merely decorative 18th century curtain walls.

>They are attacking the efficacy of the Constitution.

Actually, they are demonstrating that the Constitution has already been stripped of its efficacy. We have a Constitution in name only, acknowledged only in the breach.
