Eventually to SCOTUS, yes. But they have to start in Federal District Courts and make their way through the Circuit Courts of Appeal before SCOTUS. Time is running out, even with expedited hearings. Evidence is being blocked by the state executive branches. This is a monumental stitch up and clusterfuck.
