China has neither the money, technology or logistical infrastructure to support, much less even fight with an army in North America. The average chinese soldier is a drafted only-child momma's boy who would rather be home playing video games in his bedroom. The average chinese officer is so corrupt he has to be bribed to carry out orders. Chinese officers are businessmen first and officers second. They are more concerned about running their drug traffic, prostitutes and organ harvesting operations than running a highly motivated and trained military mission capable force.
The last time the PLA was in a full scale fight was with Viet Nam in the 1980's and the Chinese got their asses kicked and sent back home.
