Or , have a shower and scrub lightly with salt.. cleansing and healing properties
*Crystals- great- however they need to be regularly cleansed, otherwise they fill up with deflected negative energies.
*Your mind, heart and soul
-already contain Christed light.

• Quiet your mind, visualise your personal energy field and draw it in close to your own body. ( Like a huge bubble)
