Notice how the SCOTUS cases are only regarding fraud. The DNI is expected to, according to the EO, send POTUS a report of his assessment of all the shit that occured during this election by Dec 17/18. That entails evidence of fraud, treason, foreign interference, etc. Wouldn't it make sense to wait for this? The EO would do more damage to the swamp than any SCOTUS ruling because it affects the entire world in the form of sanctions/gives POTUS incredible power and leverage over them.
