I think in the dissent the two justices pointed out there is case precedence for people in those states to bring suit but not Texas.
This tied with the fact that the court shifted assignments as to who is in charge of which judges control which states and if cases can be brought to the SCOTUS.
Look who controls the major states in play and if thing start to go for the case of 45 I have no doubt that Kagen who is in charge of AZ will admit their petition too.
