When you bake you really shouldn't piss everybody off. You have the freedom, but why would you?

When you're the baker, you're the baker for everybody. If many are not happy with something you're doing that you can easily change that doesn't affect the quality of the product, imho you should do that. Bakers are supposed to be the glue that unites everybody behind a common purpose by pumping out bread with notable posts.
