So, POTUS is continuing to exhaust every constitutional method - just to show how corrupt our courts and congress are.
IMO, we wont see any offensive moves until all these methods fail and the saving of the Republic rest completely in the hands of the Presidency.
It also fits Trump's character - it won't hurt his legacy being remembered as the 2nd President to save the Republic (not to mention being known as 2nd person to save the world).
