From what Rudy said though, it sounds like all they did was say that they didn't have "standing" at the SC level. So they're taking back down to the District level. Rudy sounded like this was all "part of the plan", as if they knew and had already planned for it. He was on Newsmax, I think this morning.
Problem is - what is going to happen at the District level with all the corrupt Judges we have??
I'm not a legalfag, don't understand most of this.
How can you not have "standing" when you're the very direct victim of the illegal action that took place???
