James Earl Ray, accused of the assassination of the Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., was arrested this morning at London Airport, Attorney General Ramsey Clark announced here today.
Officers of Scotland Yard, acting on information supplied by the Federal Bureau of Investigation, arrested Ray, who the bureau said was masquerading under the name of Eric Starvo Galt at the time of the assassination in Memphis on April 4.
