If a private company had issue with how some of its employees were treating customers would they go to the courts first or go to the police? If a private company observed a peer company ignoring their employees treating customers wrong would they go to the police or to the courts first?

 

That's why SCOTUS turned down Texas as not having standing.

EAC says we need to contact our local law enforcement agencies or DOJ regarding voter fraud:

 

"Allegations concerning voting fraud or other election-related crimes – contact the local and state law enforcement agencies, the U.S. Attorney for the district where the election occurred, or the U.S. Department of Justice, Public Integrity Section."
