Not sure if this is common but there are a shit ton of cargo tankers parked off the Long Beach port. Never seen this many at one time - 14+ (Probably more). None are moving.

Also they built a new much higher bridge to allow for larger ships to enter the port. Timing seems interesting - it’s complete.
