Spouseanon identified several related items claiming that China coming for our land and attacking from the north isn’t so implausible
• Shuttering restaurants and other related small business eliminates another source for food
• Best farmland is in the north
• huge number of grain reserves that could be used to store grain but is actually full now and sit in the northern states particularly states from Ohio to Montana
• Chicago is one of the leading food ports from which food is distributed world wide
• Along with grain storage in northern states large share of slaughter houses and egg and poultry production exist
• Canadian border is a very long not well-protected border
It would seem that if China wanted to attack us, one of the best place would be from the northern states due to the food and land availability alone (that would sustain them and reduce sources for us) with no fear from Canadian interference. With police defunding started in Minnesota and potentially spreading and large grain bins that would stage itself as a good potential target. With their hands on slaughter houses and meat packing plants like Smithfield and buying up of small farms they have already shown their interest.
