I found exactly where the rain-making radar station is in north Montreal one time. They send a little rain into upstate NY. Not entirely clear why it's there or why they do it. There's a radome unit in this facility that looks like a small airport. Rain literally comes out in radial lines from it. But always south. Quite funny that this hasn't become widespread knowledge.
