This might be bigger than what the SC did yesterday on the TX case. This means Mike Flynn and lots of others can get damages from the government. The FBI, DHS, DEA etc can no longer blackmail or charge people of crimes they didn’t do, including all the lawyers at the DOJ, and they can be sued into oblivion. This is much bigger than anything we have seen. Remember “License yo Lie” by Sidney all those FBi and DOJ can never get away with destroying people’s lives such as MD Anderson the accounting firm of Enron.

This is HUGE, without this, the government can lie and persecute anyone they wish, put them in jail forever. Think of Robin Grist, Blago and 1,000s of others

I guess it depends on the definition of government agent. But certainly those who work for investigative departments. I’d like an opinion of a law fag, but they have never been held accountable at this level.
