The U.S. Congressman, a Democrat, is accused of being an agent of a foreign communist power. As one accuser says of the lawmaker, “I think he is a spy.” The Congressman denies it, and yet eventually, it’s demonstrated that he has been, in fact, engaged in espionage on behalf of foreign communist paymasters.

Perhaps the reader might be thinking that this case is connected to the People’s Republic of China; after all, its many spy programs have been in the news a lot lately—including just this past week.

On December 1, John Ratcliffe, the former Member of Congress whom President Trump appointed as Director of National Intelligence (DNI) earlier this year, wrote in The Wall Street Journal, “The People’s Republic of China poses the greatest threat to America today, and the greatest threat to democracy and freedom world-wide since World War II.” He added, “The intelligence is clear: Beijing intends to dominate the U.S. and the rest of the planet economically, militarily and technologically.”

In addition, in a December 3 interview with CBS News’ intelligence ace, Catherine Herridge, Ratcliffe added more detail, asserting that the Chinese have proven themselves capable of using blackmail, bribery, and covert and overt influence to ensure that the U.S. enacts laws and policies favorable to China.

Then, on December 8, came a pair of revelations that are perhaps traceable to Ratcliffe’s intelligence work. The New York Post reported on a video, taped in November, in which a Chinese official, Di Dongsheng, vice dean of the School of International Relations at Beijing’s Renmin University, said:

I’m going to throw out something maybe a little bit explosive here. It’s just because we have people at the top. We have our old friends who are at the top of America’s core inner circle of power and influence.

Yes, Di’s words are, indeed, explosive—the idea that China’s friends are “at the top of America’s core inner circle of power and influence.” So who might these friends be? Di didn’t say, exactly, although he mentioned Hunter Biden, who is certainly well-placed and has had plenty of business activity in China, along with Chris Heinz, step-son of John Kerry, whom Joe Biden has slated to be his climate-change czar.

GOP Rep. Waltz: America ‘Flooded with Chinese Communist Money’

On Saturday’s broadcast of the Fox News Channel’s “Fox & Friends,” Rep. Michael Waltz (R-FL) said “the country is flooded with Chinese Communist money” and China is “flooding the zone” with money to influence the entirety of American society.

Waltz said, “The point that I want everybody to understand today is that the country is flooded with Chinese Communist money. This is a much bigger and pervasive problem. It’s in Hollywood. It’s in think tanks. It’s in journalism. It’s in Wall Street. And it’s certainly going after progressive politicians like Swalwell.”

He later added that China is “flooding the zone in the United States with money in a way the Soviet Union was never able to do to influence all of American society, and around the world, to eventually, again, kowtow to Beijing and how they see the future, not us.”

Attorneys For Hunter Biden and James Biden Refusing to Cooperate with Senate Committees

Senators Chuck Grassley (R-IA) and Ron Johnson (R-WI) on Saturday said attorneys for Hunter Biden and James Biden are refusing to cooperate with senate committees.

“After issuing our report on September 23 on the conflicts of interest and foreign financial entanglements of the Biden family, Senator Grassley and I have continued to seek information and testimony from the individuals involved,” Johnson said referring to the bombshell senate report on Burisma corruption.

“Attorneys for Hunter and James Biden have refused to cooperate with the committees. It should be noted that, collectively, President Trump’s family and associates produced documents and agreed to appear at interviews with a number of congressional committees,” the GOP senators said in a statement.

Hunter Biden revealed on Wednesday that he is under investigation by the feds over his taxes.

“I learned yesterday for the first time that the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Delaware advised my legal counsel, also yesterday, that they are investigating my tax affairs,” Hunter Biden said. “I take this matter very seriously but I am confident that a professional and objective review of these matters will demonstrate that I handled my affairs legally and appropriately, including with the benefit of professional tax advisors.”

Hunter Biden is also under federal investigation over his China business dealings – This was previously reported by James Rosen at the Sinclair Group.

The federal investigation into Hunter Biden and his associates focused on allegations of money laundering began back in 2018.

Hunter’s business partner and convicted felon, Devon Archer, James Gilliar, John Sandweg, Eric Schwerin and Rob Walker have also not been responsive to letters and emails sent by senate committees.

James Biden, brother and alleged business partner of Joe Biden, is under federal investigation, according to a report by Politico published late Wednesday night.

In addition to the probe into Hunter Biden, federal authorities in the Western District of Pennsylvania are conducting a criminal investigation of a hospital business in which Joe Biden’s brother James was involved. Federal officials have asked questions about James Biden’s role in the business, according to a second person with direct knowledge of that investigation, who said it remains ongoing.

The senators politely asked the attorneys for Hunter and James Biden to cooperate.

Highlight from Today’s Wisconsin Supreme Court Hearing on Election Fraud – Two Judges Claim Trump’s Post Election Strategy Was Racist

The Supreme Court in Wisconsin agreed to hear a case today that was thrown out by a Circuit Court Judge yesterday.

The hearing was today and one highlight was that not just one but two judges, who have such a limited understanding of the law and no reason for being on the court, claimed that the President’s post election litigation strategy was racist.

Of course any judge calling the President’s actions to litigate an election that was wrought with fraud, is not acting in a racist manner:
