The pattern on this report is centered on the city of Dayton, Ohio Water Reclamation Facility. Madden Golf Course (permanently closed) is adjacent and north of the water treatment facility. The Paul Laurence Dunbar High School is located further north across Nicholas Rd. The Miami Valley Hospital is in the tracking area east of the Miami River. Maybe the Main Covid Testing Area (across the street from the hospital) is the target? Maybe the Tait Reservoir? Just a thought: Is Dewine trying to raise Covid rates in Dayton? How would that work?
The Dayton Intl Airport is on Long. 84.23; the Dayton WTF is at 39.723361 -84.233476. The reason I am disputing Trotwood is mainly because you can see the pattern is directly below Dayton IA. (I used to work in Dayton a long time ago.) Trotwood is about 3 miles west of the tracking.
