Operation Warp Speed?

I thought that the US mlitary was going to deliver the vaccine? Why is POTUS saying FedEx and UPS are shipping? POTUS also says the first vaccines will be given in less than 24 hours. That was 24 hours ago. Do we have news reports of vaccines being given? Also, at the very end POTUS says God Bless The World. This is out of the norm and struck me as odd. For those not aware POTUS also appears to say FISA instead of Pfizer while only saying Pfizer once and he appears to say 95% "defective" when speaking about the virus.
