But, they fell apart (~1991-1993), which was inconvenient for Those who do not benefit from Peace (why was
NATO not disbanded when the USSR fell?) and so there was a "need" for Those who do not benefit from Peace
to create a different set of international security headaches for the USA – so China was built up into being that
headache, using Walmart (among other things) as an investment funnel, "free" trade more generally, and the
treasonous sale of ICBM telemetry by Bill Clinton, also among other things.
