If you look at these cases closely, you'll see that they are intentionally lacking. I've come to the conclusion that they're simply for show, and for some reason they're saving the real evidence of fraud for a later time. I'm sure it has to do with the EO and the fact that MI was monitoring everything and the fraud detection and surveillance used could involve State Secrets.
