any release before the election would have been "interference". something tells me this has always been the plan. major declas during POTUS "lame duck" presidency, along side exposure of fraudulent election. then once POTUS is inaugurated again his position is solidified for the next four years. and the public has seen all the evidence, so there wont be much blow back when the arrests start.
