There were people that went into lockdown at Cheyenne Mountain because muh Covid. They were part of this continuity program, IIRC.
If we think logically, we can infer that they would be injected with NaCl solution: No big pharma CEO ever is going to take chances on this. If one of them developed severe side effects or would even die, it would result in the ultimate PR shitstorm, quite likely destroying the pharma corporation.

I think they're trying very, very hard to bring about global CRISIS stage. Schools are closed and the Teachers are opposed to going back to work, so we can conclude that DEMORALIZATION stage has been completed. At first, I suspected that we are already at CRISIS stage (COVID), but we ain't seen no real CRISIS yet. What they are doing now is pushing DESTABILIZATION phase into overdrive. Probably because things just didn't work out quite according to their plans, so far. POTUS is giving them a hard time!
