Possible, but perhaps DNI Ratcliffe has already concluded his report and is awaiting the EC vote tomorrow and releases his findings on the 15th. Those who voted for the fraud are already exposed and will be let hung out to dry. Perhaps Sidney Powell's cases will be heard by the Trump appointed Justices, but hearing that Kavanaugh laugh at them along with Roberts does not bode well for US, so it hangs on the Military to take control.

I tend to agree with this, but the Courts have been a major letdown. This places even greater importance on DNI Ratcliffe to document the foreign interference with specific and damning evidence that the servers Stateside were communicating worldwide. This shit about 'no evidence of fraud' needs to blown up for good so that MSM cannot ignore the importance of the DNI's findings, which Ratcliffe and POTUS discussed at yesterday's Army/Navy game. Biden is the anti-Christ of politics. Expose the corruption rampant on both sides and since the DOJ/FBI aren't doing shit, well, then, the Military is our only option.
