Read the work done in the past by Dr. Abram Hoffer and others. Niacin in high doses after you acclimate to it is a transformational medicine for many, many common conditions.

 

We're basically in a niacin deficiency epidemic and it's manifesting as cardiovascular disease, schizophrenia, ED, anxiety, and other things.

 

Anon takes about 5g a day. Start by breaking 500's into quarters, then halves, then wholes, then doubles or triples a few times a day. Feels good and works better. Sleep better, think much clearer, other things work much better (guys)…

I don't know if it's the key, but it is a very, very useful and underappreciated (suppressed) vitamin, medication, and with the right protocols treatment and in some cases, cure.
