Um, no. The electors voting is The Thing that matters. It overrides EVERYTHING else. Court fights. State legislatures. Everything. And there is no overruling or reversing it…. by anyone.

Electors are free agents to vote for whoever the fuck they want. And those votes matters regardless of the will of the people, the will of the State legislatures who sent them, or the outcomes of court rulings.

The Constitution doesn't mention an exception for foreign influence in the process. Those votes legally matter.
