You will find me advising people to not create hard targets. Our military is exceptionally well equipped for genocide were it ever necessary. People operating under my command will be ghosts and sorcerers who come from nowhere and may as well be dimension hopping.
I mean - people do what people do. Large groups of people can achieve in classic warfare and opinion warfare what is impossible for ghosts to achieve.
I just know that the people we are fighting against would relish the opportunity to get optimum effect for munitions should they be able to get someone to use them.
It is why one of the first things I want to make sure is available to our side is an air defense network. There is a lot of flat ground and aircraft command flat ground like nothing else. I would prefer not to see an arclight mission go through a rally march.
