50k is a lot.
I dont' think a single bunker buster would kill 50k unless they were literally all laying on top of each other.
Once upon a time I went to a music festival.
The main stage on the final day had a lineup of superstars and huge name bands back to back to back.
The stage was at the bottom of a long, lightly inclined hill.
So standing on the bottom of the hill close to the stage and looking behind you, you could see all the way up to the top of the hill.
It was maybe 1/3 mile to the top.
Big place.
When the headliners were scheduled to start, there was a light rumble.
I turned around to see what turned out later to be about 65k people stampeding down that hill to try to get as close to the stage as possible.
I got the fuck out of there because people were getting trampled.
But I've seen about 65k people before, and you couldn't hit them all with a single payload.
Not unless it was a hydrogen bomb or something.
They took up way too much space.
It would have to be a massive bunker.
I'm no expert, I've just seen a few things and it seems implausible.
50k troops in one spot is a hell of a lot.
