The short version:
The TX lawsuit to the SC was to set precedent.
It was also intended to make news, which, after filings/responses were publicly released, allowed the public to read/review the case for themselves and see the fraud.
It was not intended for the purposes of changing the results of anything.
The media continues to assist Trump by actively ignoring and discounting the fraud.
By covering the story, they expose the hypocrisy and fraud no matter how they cover it.
SC punted back to the states because that's where the US Constitution says the power to choose electors should be.
On 6 Jan 2021, electors' votes will be counted.
Pence has the ability to challenge the results, and rightly will.
That pushes a House vote, where each state gets one vote.
Trump wins this vote.
Dems appeal to SC, but because it already got punted back to the states, SC will dismiss the appeal for the same reason the TX lawsuit got dismissed.
MSM goes nuts, along with Dems, but the main thing is that Biden set precedent in 2016 by honoring the very same challenge by Dems in the 2016 election.
That challenge never made it to vote due to lack of Senate support.
There might be additional happenings due to EO's and the Insurrection Act.
Totally agree.
We can assume that not every single person is going to like the results.
But we need something that shifts some of the radicals back toward the center.
Problem with that is that nobody likes being wrong.
Cognitive dissonance is a real struggle for some.
It will feel like living in hell because they think they're right in the way they feel.
(btw that summary was me reading a twitter thread and shortening it. That's not my personal opinion, although it does make a lot of sense)
What would it take to bring those who have hate in their heart back to the middle?
A lot of damage has already been done to the people of this country.
No more high fives to random people.
Everything is politics now.
It's really unfortunate to say….. but
Historically, what brings us together is a devastating tragedy.
Something so big that people are forced to humble themselves so they can comfort those who need it.
It's human nature to be cruel, opportunistic savages to one another.
It's also human nature to be protective. That means both sides of the coin.
Nurturing, supportive providers to one another.
This is going to be a big one, fren.
That's the only thing we know for sure.
Woke up myself about an hour and a half ago.
The pets were going nuts for some reason.
There's weather stuff going on, but I feel like something's up just like the rest of ya
