I've heard some illogical regulations re: visits.
IOW, Lockdown starts Wed. No one really know WTF is going to happen and they're all trying to figure out Christmas travel. It's just a high priority ATM.

The powers behind British banking reconstituted in various organizations leading to OSS and the CIA.
In that sense, China may be fighting against the CIA as well.
