Poked through the Solarwinds Orion Admin manual a bit. Depending on how this "network performance monitor" is configured and if the backdoor has its own management app, this thing can basically be a command and control for whatever network it's attached to. Admins are supposed to setup logins for firewalls, switches, wifi access points, etc. It "monitors" everything.
