im not a lawfag, but if i read the article correctly, it sounds like they'll have to go through and check one by one each of the ballots that declared they were indefinitely detained. and if any of them made that claim becuase COVID, those get tossed because they're invalid?

 

just my interpretation. i don't know for sure what the outcome will be.

if they wanted to be thorough, and this is a situation where they probably should, then they'd have to audit more than just the machines in one county. they'd have to audit all of them and make sure it's not a one-off thing.
