The whole point of the Dane County Clerk declaring that all voters qualified for the "indefinitely confined"status due to Covid-19 was because that status does not require that voter ID be presented with the absentee ballot request. Remember those stacks of pristine, smaller ballots with the initials MLW? Well, if I were MLW I would be calling my lawyer and asking them to contact the FEC about turning state's evidence.
