YouTube Now Removing Videos That Question a Biden Victory

The censorship team at Google’s YouTube video service have recently announced they will begin removing content that questions Joe Biden as the “President-Elect” or that alleges election fraud.

The new censorship rules take effect on any video content posted on or after December 9th because, according to YouTube, enough states have certified their election results:

“We will start removing any piece of content uploaded today (or anytime after) that misleads people by alleging that widespread fraud or errors changed the outcome of the 2020 US Presidential election.”

YouTube is also adding their signature “information panels” feature to videos that contain election-related content.

This feature became de rigueur on the platform shortly after the 2016 election’s crazed ‘Russia-gate’ conspiracy theory that was legitimized by mainstream media channels, and is now the default on virtually every piece of COVID-related video content posted.

The info panels link to Google’s “official” election resources, including The Associated Press and the Cybersecurity & Infrastructure Security Agency’s (CISA) “Rumor Control” page.

Wisconsin Supreme Court Rejects Trump Lawsuit to Overturn Election Results

The Wisconsin Supreme Court rejected a lawsuit from President Donald Trump’s team seeking to invalidate over 200,000 ballots, which they suspected were illegal, on Monday in a 4-3 decision.

The lawsuit focused on roughly 220,000 ballots in Milwaukee and Dane counties, asking the court to “reverse the determinations of the Dane County Board of Canvassers and the Milwaukee County Elections Commission with respect to four categories of ballots it argues were unlawfully cast,” per the court:

The challenges raised by the Campaign in this case, however, come long after the last play or even the last game; the Campaign is challenging the rulebook adopted before the season began. Election claims of this type must be brought expeditiously. The Campaign waited until after the election to raise selective challenges that could have been raised long before the election. We conclude the challenge to indefinitely confined voter ballots is without merit, and that laches bars relief on the remaining three categories of challenged ballots. The Campaign is not entitled to relief, and therefore does not succeed in its effort to strike votes and alter the certified winner of the 2020 presidential election.

Conservative Justice Brian Hagedorn joined the court’s liberal justices in rejecting the lawsuit, with the justice concluding that the challenge comes “long after the last play or even the last game; the (Trump) Campaign is challenging the rulebook adopted before the season began.”

“The Campaign is not entitled to relief, and therefore does not succeed in its effort to strike votes and alter the certified winner of the 2020 presidential election,” he concluded.

Chief Justice Patience Roggensack, who penned the dissent, argued that the majority “does not bother addressing what the boards of canvassers did or should have done, and instead, four members of this court throw the cloak of (timing) over numerous problems that will be repeated again and again, until this court has the courage to correct them.”

The ruling follows U.S. District Judge Brett Ludwig dismissing the challenge Saturday.

“A sitting president who did not prevail in his bid for reelection has asked for federal court help in setting aside the popular vote on disputed issues of election administration, issues he plainly could have raised before the vote occurred,” Ludwig said.

“This court allowed the plaintiff the chance to make his case and he has lost on the merits,” he ruled.

Former Vice President Joe Biden won Wisconsin by 20,682 votes, giving him the state’s ten electoral votes.

In a Sunday Twitter thread, Trump said swing states cannot legally certify the votes as either complete or correct due to massive voter fraud, citing glitches, ballot harvesting, non-resident voters, fake ballots, and votes for pay. This occurred, the president said, in places such as “Detroit, Philadelphia, Milwaukee, Atlanta, Pittsburgh, and elsewhere.”

“In all Swing State cases, there are far more votes than are necessary to win the State, and the Election itself,” he added. “Therefore, VOTES CANNOT BE CERTIFIED. THIS ELECTION IS UNDER PROTEST!”

Barr and his team took steps to 'insulate' the investigations, according to the report, even as President Donald Trump repeatedly demanded a probe of his political rival's son.

Coinbase CEO Brian Armstrong Sounds Alarm over Cryptocurrency Rule that Could Empower Financial Censors

Coinbase CEO Brian Armstrong is sounding the alarm over a proposed regulation from the Department of the Treasury that would clamp down on the use of independent cryptocurrency wallets and potentially strengthen financial censorship.

Armstrong, the CEO of one of the world’s leading cryptocurrency exchanges, is emerging as a staunch opponent of “woke capital,” the colloquial term for businesses that use their economic clout to push a far-left agenda.

In October, Armstrong brought an end to political activism inside Coinbase, telling employees that political discussions were to be kept outside the office — and gave politically-minded employees a week to leave the company if they disagreed. Five percent of the company’s staff reportedly left the company over Armstrong’s dictum.

Now, Armstrong is warning that a rumored regulation from the Treasury department would clamp down on independent cryptocurrency wallets, which allow peer-to-peer financial transactions without the need for third-party intermediaries.

“Last week we heard rumors that the U.S. Treasury and Secretary Mnuchin were planning to rush out some new regulation regarding self-hosted crypto wallets before the end of his term. I’m concerned that this would have unintended side effects, and wanted to share those concerns,” said Armstrong.

“For those who don’t know — self-hosted crypto wallets (also known as non-custodial wallets or self-custody wallets) are a type of software that lets individuals store and use their own cryptocurrency, instead of needing to rely on a third party financial institution.”

“Self-hosted crypto wallets are important, because they allow anyone to use this new technology to access basic financial services — just like anyone can use a computer or smartphone to access the open internet.”

Report Claims Dominion Error Rate of 68%, ‘Intentionally Designed to Create Systemic Fraud’

A forensic report from the Allied Security Operations Group of election results from Antrim County, Michigan concluded Dominion Voting Systems is “intentionally and purposefully designed with inherent errors to create systemic fraud and influence election results.”

The report reasons that while “the allowable election error rate established by the Federal Election Commission guidelines is of 1 in 250,000 ballots (.0008%),” they “observed an error rate of 68.05% with Dominion Voting Systems. Its findings focus on Antrim County, which saw its election results glitch and flip thousands of votes for President Trump to Joe Biden.

“This demonstrated a significant and fatal error in security and election integrity,” the December 13th summary noted.

Critical to the report is the notion that these errors are a “result of machine and/or software error, not human error.”

The Allied Security Operations Group explains:

We conclude that the Dominion Voting System is intentionally and purposefully designed with inherent errors to create systemic fraud and influence election results. The system intentionally generates an enormously high number of ballot errors. The electronic ballots are then transferred for adjudication. The intentional errors lead to bulk adjudication of ballots with no oversight, no transparency, and no audit trail. This leads to voter or election fraud.
